Alisha Mitchell, LCSW-C

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Are you feeling overwhelmed by constant worry, weighed down by sadness, or caught in a painful cycle of relationship conflict? Whether you are a teen navigating life pressures, an adult feeling stuck, or a couple trying to heal after a betrayal, you do not have to carry this heavy load by yourself. Many of my clients come to me torn between hope and hurt, wanting both closeness and safety.

My Approach

I love working with individuals, couples, and families—including high conflict partners, teens, and those rebuilding after separation, divorce, or infidelity. In our sessions, we slow things down, make space for every voice, and practice new ways to communicate so trust and connection can grow.

I blend Couples Therapy, Conflict Resolution, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together, we will create clear, doable steps to manage anxiety and depression, calm your daily conversations, and build practical tools that reflect your values. Safety and dignity guide our work; we move entirely at your pace.

My Background

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with 15 years of experience supporting people through relationship issues, domestic violence, family conflict, and faith-related concerns. When desired, I provide Christian counseling while welcoming clients of all identities, backgrounds, and belief systems. I offer therapy in English.

Carolyn Austin, LMSW

Licensed Master Social Worker

When relationship stress follows you home, every day can feel exhausting. You might be trapped in explosive, painful arguments, feeling lonely even while sitting next to your partner, or wondering if you can ever rebuild trust after the shock of infidelity. If you are facing the strain of constant high conflict, the ache of drifting apart, or the weight of a betrayal, you are not alone. It is entirely possible to move from survival mode back into a place of deep connection and safety.

My Approach

I specialize in helping couples navigate deep relationship challenges, break out of negative communication cycles, and rediscover their spark. My practice focuses heavily on high-conflict partners, infidelity repair, and pre-marital couples who want to build an unbreakable foundation before saying “I do.”

In our work together, we create a safe, neutral space where neither person is treated as “the bad guy.” We will slow down your interactions to figure out where things are breaking down. I will give you practical, actionable tools to de-escalate tension, talk about hard topics without fighting, heal after a breach of trust, and rebuild both emotional and physical intimacy.

My Background

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) dedicated to relationship wellness, marital health, and intensive conflict resolution. Having been happily married for 45 years, I bring a deep, lived understanding of the commitment, patience, and intentional work required to maintain a lasting, loving partnership through all of life’s seasons.

When requested, I am glad to incorporate Christian counseling into our work, weaving faith-based principles into your healing journey. I warmly welcome couples of all identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures. Safety, respect, and growth guide my practice, ensuring both you and your partner feel equally heard and supported
